Reigen vs Hercule

Hercule Satan (Dragon Ball) vs Reigen Arataka (Mob Psycho 100). If you have a UniVS template with a picture of the two to replace the pictures, feel free. Comment your opinion on who would win and if you'd like to see this as an episode.

Connections

They are both frauds. Hercule is supposed to be a world champion martial artist, but probably couldn't even beat a Saibaman, Reigen markets himself as the greatest psychic of the 21st century, but couldn't even sense a spirit, let alone exorcise it. They both make their money by deceiving people into thinking that their low tier skills are impressive. They both also play dirty, often taking cheap shots when their opponent isn't looking. They both also give overly impressive names to basic attacks, then scream those names.

Opinion

If I were Leo, I would leave out the Dragon Ball games, they make this fight one sided and give Hercule some unnecessarily heavy firepower that he doesn't normally use. Now, assuming that that's the case, I would give this to Reigen. It seems obvious that Hercule has better stats, but he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and he frightens easily. When Reigen starts talking big, He'll likely believe his and be less likely to just fight, which can win him this. Reigen actually fools people in a convincing way and should be familiar with the simple, yet dirty tactics Mr Satan will be likely to use after being put on his toes. Reigen also carries salt that he could use to blind Mr Satan, and has no problem knocking people stronger than himself down, as seen when he incapacitated a few expert espers for a short time. In conclusion, Hercule may hold the physical advantage, but in a battle if con-artists, the best con-man should win, and that is definitely Reigen Arataka.
